和声小调是比较常用的一种小调音阶形式，在目前的很多流行音乐当中我们会听到和声小调音阶。把自然小调音阶当中的第七个音也就是降7变成7就构成了和声小调音阶，这也使我们听起来这个7在音阶中非常独特，导向主音感更强。它的音程如图所示。
我们可以在一个小和弦中演奏和声小调音阶，尤其是这个和弦是调式里的第一级。
将我们上节课学到的自然小调音阶中的第一种指型里的降7变成7就会得到第一种指型的和声小调音阶，如图所示。
